3 x 4 in. spiral-bound notepads with front boards covered by Japanese chiyogami / yuzen washi paper. The vibrant silk-screened pattern features blue, purple, green, yellow and white temari (soft balls wrapped in threads creating geometric designs) connected by gold twisted and dashed lines interspersed with gold and white flowers on a red ground. Plain white back boards. White wire spiral binding. Approx. 65 sheets of gray-lined white paper per pad. Made In Japan 🇯🇵. 



All three notepads are new; never used. Purchased in the 1990s at Ginza Things Japanese, a popular gift shop on Connecticut Ave. near Dupont Circle in Washington, DC (in business, 1955-2014). Packed away for 15-20+ years with a variety of items from Ginza, including a matching spiral-bound 5 x 7 in. notebook (also listed) and a 6 in. fabric covered kaleidoscope (sold; see last pic).
