***This is a 4-5oz CHROME FREE Veg Tan leather hide panel/sheet that is approximately 8+ square feet in size. This type of leather is dyeable, allowing you to apply your own colors to it. However, it doesn't possess the same characteristics as traditional 4-5oz tooling/stamping leather. 

Instead, this particular hide has properties similar to upholstery-grade leather. It has a medium soft temper, which means it has a degree of flexibility and suppleness while still maintaining enough strength to hold its shape and form. This makes it suitable for projects such as bags and clutches where you desire the softness of upholstery-grade leather but with the option to customize the colors. This leather is compatible with various coloring methods, including laser coloring and special dye coloring, allowing you to achieve unique and personalized finishes on your projects.***
