This is a wind-up mechanical watch. It most likely will not be running upon arrival. Unlike battery-powered timepieces, any wind-up watches DON'T work until being properly wound. To sufficiently wind a hand-winding watch, please turn the crown stem) in its original position for 10-15 rounds or until it becomes tight. To wind a self-winding or automatic watch, please shake it firmly and repeatedly for 20 to 30 times and keep it in motion by wearing it for an extended time. In certain cases when a watch has not run for a while, you may also need to tap it firmly and repeatedly against a wood surface to initiate gears after properly winding.

The face & backside are not scratched. The black leather band is in good condition, with a little wear. This watch is in Very Good Used Condition (VGUC).
