This is a great birdhouse. It has been painted, and the paint shows chipping in places. Buyer may want to leave as is for a rustic look or repaint to their discretion. But please note, their may be further paint chipping in shipping. The door latch may need an assist rest to not fall down. Unless the door is pressed firmly shut when latched, the latch falls. The rood is made of a tin like material. It does have some discoloration in the green color, but overall, this has a nice solid structure. There is a sticker on the bottom of the base that legibly reads Made in the Philippines.  The measurements are about 20.5" to the peak, 17.5" to the roof top, 10.5" wide base, 9.25" wide cage, 10.5" long base 9.25" long cage. He top has a flat spot on the peak to put a hanger to the buyer's discretion. Please see all pictures for your own visual opinion of the item. Shipped fast and well packed in as pictured condition.
