Oscar Schmidt Model OCHS 1/2 Size Classical Guitar, Mint Condition, Gig Bag.

This is a great guitar for the money, very well built. It came to me in new condition with no flaws. This is great for students or folks that want a parlor sized guitar with a smaller neck that is easy on the hands.

Action is perfect! Even though the guitar was in new condition, I went through my process anyway….

My process when I refresh a guitar:

1. Remove strings

2. Do a complete instrument cleaning.

3. Replace any parts that may be needed.

4. Clean and lube tuners if needed

5. Perform the D’Addario 3-Step clean and polish process. Good stuff!

5. Polish the metal frets. Clean the fretboard and apply lemon oil to the rosewood or other fretboard wood used.

6. Adjust string height if action is too high or low.

7. Put on new strings, Ernie Ball or D’Addario.

8. Carefully package the instrument for shipping
