We aim to dispatch your item on the same working day if your order before 12 pm. Or the next working day if you order your item after 12 pm. (Some out of area orders may take longer to reach you). Most orders will reach you within 2-3 working days. Some items are special order items so might take a few more days to reach you. We will let you know if this is the case.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
We offer a 30 days return policy. If you are change your mind or are not satisfied with your order / product and wish to return item within 30 working days in original item packaging with item being undamaged and please contact us before returning your item.

We aim to process a refund within 7 working days as long as the item is in an undamaged and resalable condition.
BUYER MUST PAY RETURN POSTAGE COST
