Important Information To Note When Purchasing PC & Video Games 1) Older PC games may not run on newer Windows systems. We have added the manufacture recommended operating systems in the item specifics. Newer operating systems may not be shown in this list but this does not mean they will not play on any that are not listed. We cannot guarantee a game will play on a specific system not listed, it is the buyers responsibility to check this before purchasing any older game. Windows 7 has Windows XP mode built into it which does help run older games. Windows 8 & 10 dont have this facility but there are other options available to run older games. We can offer guidance but not guarantees. 2) PC Games are compatible worldwide as they are not region specific. 3) We do not sell games that are online installation only. We cannot guarantee online play for games that have this additional option with the usual offline play. 4) All items are supplied cased unless stated otherwise in the description above. Please refer to the box type we have noted in our description above. If it states jewel cased it will not include a paper manual unless specified otherwise. The inlays may not be included. We do supply a few PC game products disc only, this will also be noted above. Some DVD Cased games did not include a paper manual on manufacture, the manual is usually find on disc or downloadable on line for these. All PCs are built differently so what may work on one may not work on another. Shipping Costs We offer many items for sale with free shipping. Please refer to the individual item for the shipping costs. We do combine shipping for additional items purchased. A 50% discount will be applied to each additional item. We can offer more discount on large orders but would need to check this beforehand. Please ask for a quote on shipping for orders of 10 or more. *** We do not profit from the shipping costs and always aim to keep the costs as low as possible *** Payment Payment is expected within 3 days of purchasing any item. If payment is not made within this time we will open a case on eBay to reclaim our fees on the sale. A strike will be recorded against the buyers eBay account a short time after. We accept payment via Paypal or Postal Order in the UK and by Paypal ONLY outside UK. We no longer accept personal cheques. Please do not request any other payment method. Cancellations You are able to request a cancellation unless we have marked the item as "Shipped." We are not obliged to cancel an order but we are very accommodating in respect of this. If the item has been paid for and you wish to cancel it, we will refund less the Paypal fees that are not refunded to us by Paypal. We will then send you an eBay cancellation request in order for us to claim our selling fees back from eBay. We would appreciate completion of this in a timely fashion. Returns Returns are accepted for all purchases within the standard returns time. Returns for faulty items or items not as described, will be paid for by us, and we will send you a SAE to do this for UK orders. Returns for faulty items outside the UK will be paid for us but we cannot send a SAE to do this. We will credit you for standard returns costs via Paypal. Returns for items not required will be paid for by the buyer. If the buyer has not read the item description and decides the item is not what they want or expected, we are not responsible for this.
