Selecting the correct harness is important to ensure a comfortable fit for your dog. To choose the correct size simply measure your dogs chest and neck allowing a couple of centimetres so that the harness isn't too tight then choose from the following sizes making sure that the size chosen works for both measurements taken
XS - Chest 36-45cm / Neck - 27-36cm
Small - Chest 44-53cm / Neck - 33-42cm
Medium - Chest 55-64cm / Neck - 36-45cm
Large - Chest 69-78cm / Neck - 50-59cm
XL - Chest 82-91cm / Neck - 65-74cm
Fitting the harness
1. Adjust the ratchet clips to the largest size opening one side entirely of both the neck and chest straps then lay the harness on the floor face down
2. Stand your dog over the harness with the Ancol logo (face down) towards the dogs head
3. Place one of your dogs front legs in the area of the fastened straos and pull the harness so the chest pad touches your dogs chest
4. Flip the unfastened straps over your dog's back and connect the straps to the fasteners
5. Adjust the straps for comfort ensuring the harness sits centrally on your dog

RETURNS- We are happy to accept returns or exchange items if you need a different size or colour - as long as the following conditions are met
- You must inform us that you want to return the item no more than 30 days after receiving your item
- Ensure you send either the original packing slip or a note with all your details on so we can locate the order
- The item must be returned in its original packing, undamaged, bent or marked
- If returning a dog harness or a coat please ensure that they are clean and free from dog hair
We understand that customers may want to try items on their pets to ensure they fit, this is fine, but please do not remove tags until you are sure you are happy with your purchase
Items MUST be returned in perfect unused & re-saleable condition
If goods are found to be returned used, misused or damaged, we reserve the right to issue you a partial refund. If a parcel is returned to us undelivered because of failure to collect or rearrange delivery with the post office, a re-delivery charge to the customer will be required before we can resend the item

We do not accept responsibility for returned items lost in the post, so please ensure that your item is sent via a tracked service or make sure you get proof of posting to ensure that the item is returned safely. Postage is non-refundable, we don't pay for return postage if the item is being returned for an exchange or because you have decided you no longer wish to keep the item
