Biff, Chip and Kipper: Read with Oxford Stage 4 Books by Roderick Hunt

For nearly forty years, Biff, Chip, Kipper, Floppy, and all their friends have been teaching children not only how to read, but how to enjoy reading

About the books

The first thirty book collection of the Biff, Chip & Kipper series was published by Oxford University Press in 1985. Since then, over 800 books have been published, originally as Oxford Reading Tree. It was created by writer Roderick Hunt and illustrator Alex Brychta to make learning to read fun, as well as useful, and in response to the poor quality of books at the time. The books have been translated into more than 15 languages, brought to over 130 countries, and adapted into multiple TV series, including Biff & Chip, now airing on CBeebies and BBC iPlayer.
