Ubung Hip Band Set

The Ubung resistance bands are the perfect workout accessory for home, in the gym or even on the go! The set consists of 3 colour coded bands which are made from a high quality fabric material. Each band made to a different strength to help vary and challenge yourself in different body workouts.

They can be used separately or as a combination as they offer a variety of resistance strengths, making them suitable for all fitness levels. The Übung resistance bands are comfortable and soft on the skin.

Resistance bands are ideal for improving your strength and tightening your muscles as well as increasing flexibility and preventing injuries from other workouts. Over time you will build strong and healthy joints as you gradually move up the resistance levels from beginner to advanced. Includes small leaflet with 8 different workouts and cleaning instructions for extra convenience.

You can train at home or on the go and they’re perfect for working out your abs, quads, calves, hamstrings and more! They’re made with thickened cotton and latex softened stretch fabric to protect your skin from any irritation and strong elastic so they can be fully flexible and durable lunge after lunge! With the non-slip design on the inside of the bands you won’t have to worry about them slipping or rolling down your legs when working out.

Each band is a different colour and strength which is marked on the band itself, making this easier when you quickly want to grab and go. The strongest resistant band comes in Black, followed by Dark Grey and lastly Light Grey. The bands length when not in use is approximately 38cm.
