Price includes monument naming rights and property transfer fees; it does not include anything else. Property ownership transfer fees charged by the cemetery are $495 per burial plot, which is included. If you want the plot for (2) cremation remains, you can make those arrangements at the time of the property transfer. The amount charged by the cemetery for the second cremation remains is called a 2nd Right Fee of $2877, which is 60% of what they are currently selling lots for in this area as of October 2023.
