This listing is for a standard-sized, 10" x 12" piece of this reproduction grill cloth fabric, which will fit most tabletop and many console mechanical phonographs, although I can cut you any custom-sized piece you might need for a slight up-charge. The fabric is available in 2 colors: a tan color and a bronze color. I show both colors next to the original cloth in picture #4. Picture #5 shows the tan colored fabric on an oak Amberola 30, pictures #6 and #7 show the bronze installed on a mahogany Amberola 50. Picture #8 is a close up of the texture of the tan colored fabric. You can choose which color you prefer, just message me with your color choice along with your payment.

It is a near-perfect match to many early Edison Amberola phonographs. I've been selling reproduction grill cloth for radios for about 15 years, and recently I acquired this fantastic looking fabric for Edison Amberolas. It has the same fine, silk-like hand, and very thin but strong weave, with subtle vertical partial-ribs in the fabric for texture, which closely matches the vertical weave of the original silk.

*** For illustrative purposes, I have pictured my own Amberola 50 as well as other examples. The phonographs themselves are not part of this auction -- this listing is for only the reproduction fabric that goes over the horn opening***
