If you are unable to collect in person, we are happy to work with your courier (please see Third Party Couriers conditions below), for deliveries to the London area we can provide you with details of a courier that collects from us regularly or we can deliver locally for a small fee, please contact us prior to purchase for details if you require this service.

CONDITION: 

Most of the items we sell are either antique or vintage and come with a history/past, so will have wear commensurate with age. We list to the best of our knowledge and provide photos that we believe provide a good representation of the items general condition so please do take care to read the listing and look at the photographs provided.  If you require any further information or wish to see more images please contact us.

PAYMENT: 

Subject to prior agreement all items must be paid for within two days of purchase. Where an item includes postage as an option but you wish to collect in person, please notify us before making payment and we will send you an invoice with the postage costs removed.     

COLLECTION:   

Subject to prior agreement all items must be collected within 14 days of purchase.  Please contact us after you have made your purchase to arrange a time to collect your item from where we are based in Hitchin. Items listed as “Collection only” come without packaging or protection, we therefore recommend you make provision for this when collecting your item. 

THIRD PARTY COURIERS:

If you are arranging your own courier, as the item is “collection only” they will be responsible for any packaging and / or protection for transportation.  Please note we are unable to accept responsibility for any damages and / or losses that may occur in transit. Once your item is handed over to your courier it becomes your responsibility, therefore you may wish to check if they provide any insurance cover against damage / loss before booking. Please note for the avoidance of doubt third party couriers do not include postal services such as Hermes, Parcel Force, DPD, UPS e.t.c.
