Shipments will be made every working day until 12:30.
You can choose from available shipping methods at checkout.

  • Ordinary shipping: Delivery period from 2 to 5 working days once the shipment is made (without tracking).

Outside the peninsula, we do not have an urgent delivery service, so it will be sent with certified delivery.

The return policy allows you to return the products in case you are not satisfied with your purchase up to 30 days from the date of receipt of the product.

Products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them. Therefore, new products must be returned new, unused and complete. Second-hand products must not show additional damage or signs of use.

Note: if the reason for returning the product is not because it arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, the customer will be responsible for paying for the return shipping of the product. Otherwise, shipping costs will be borne by the company.
