Superb looking item and is on extra ornate mounts  and with a barley twist rail rail

On 85mm cast brass mounts

Measurements are in last picture

The rail is brass wrapped around steel bar which has not been done since the 1920s so you know its early 1900s

Not what half the nation have as its more bespoke than B and Q and sets you apart from Mrs. Average..

Fantastic looks and stunning and probably restored at some point as there are no issues

A cracking feature being long ornate and pretty much immaculate

You are buying an old vintage/ Antique/ Bespoke ornate towel rail which is longer than the usual 300mm/12 inches and from a church pew!!! 

Some marks from use but not bad at all and I have taken pictures to show you.The rail has been polished but not overly at some point..All cast brass no plating anywhere

weighty and a super quality.

There are 2 screw holes in each of the cast brass mounting plates and 4 brass 50mm slotted screws are provided free for fitting courtesy of my husband

It would look really nice mounted on an old wooden plinth to give it a farmhouse or converted barn look or mounted in a bathroom, kitchen, over a radiator etc
