*I post every day and delivery times are usually very good as you will see from my feedback. Occassionaly there are delays with Royal Mail and items may arrive later than expected but are not considered lost in the post until they are 2 weeks late. I will always refund or send a replacement if possible for items lost in post but unfortunatley cannot do this before 2 weeks have passed as I am unable to make any claim with Royal Mail before then.
