Collection terms:

All item collections are to be fulfilled within 2 weeks of purchase completion unless otherwise agreed via eBay communication with us. If you wish to cancel please contact us and request this within this time frame. After 2 weeks unless otherwise agreed via eBay communication with us, you will be in breach of our collection terms. We will cancel the transaction and refund you. The item will be re-listed and you will be blocked from our site. Repeat failures to collect will also result in the above action

We accept no responsibility for items once they have been collected by your third party carrier service. We will lightly bubble wrap only if requested and attach your delivery address / contact label to items ready for transit by third party collections at no extra cost but we make no guarantees. We will not package furniture items in cardboard boxes and we will not be responsible for any incorrect carrier service booking or additional charges which you may incur as a result. Returns:

If you are not totally satisfied with your order, you may return it back to us within 30 days starting from the day you received the item. Items must be in original and unopened condition to qualify for a full refund. Buyer is responsible for the return carriage cost which will not be refunded.
