CHROMED STEEL PLATES

Very similar to the ubiquitous Prestige model derailleur and using the same base Delrin body. Easily tarnished and weathered as metals parts develop patina.  The little 'button' dust cover on the non-drive side is aluminum rather than red plastic as on the Prestige, and the metal mounting clamp/bolts along with adjusting screws were chrome plated instead of zinc. (velobase)
