Figaro plays with a ball in this rare Goebel ceramic figure made circa the 1940s / 1950s.  This piece was hand painted.  I don't see any chips, cracks or crazing.  His base is stamped Germany along with other writing.  This wonderful piece of Disneyana measures approximately 3.5" tall.
