Items purchased on a Monday will be posted Wednesday
Items purchased on a Tuesday will be posted Thursday
Items purchased on a Wednesday will be posted Friday
Items purchased on a Thursday will be posted Monday
Items purchased on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday will be
