Payment - All payments must be received within 2 days of auction end.

Postage - Postal charges are clearly shown within the auction listing. Please bear in mind that our postal charges include more than the price of a stamp and includes actual postage costs, packaging and handling. If you bid, you are deemed to have accepted the shipping charges quoted.

Royal Mail rules state Recorded Delivery will ensure a signature on delivery only, but does not insure for loss or damage of items especially jewellery.

If you need insurance please ask for Special Delivery if it is not already assigned to the item you purchased and it will be added to your invoice before sending, but is up to you. Whichever you choose I will always have proof of posting should there be any losses or damage.

Please note that I cannot be held responsible once the parcel has been dispatched, should there be any problems please do not hesitate in contacting me and I will do my best to trace the parcel with you!

Combined Postage - Whenever possible we will combine postage on multiple items.

International shipping - We post all overseas items at the standard rate; if you wish to have the item(s) sent item via signed for delivery or airsure then please ask for additional costs prior to bidding (please note that some countries are not covered for airsure so please check with me first if you have any special requirements). Also items may be subject to import duties or other taxes.

Packaging - I am not responsible for poor handling by the postal services or customs; I will try and package the items as best as I can to avoid damage.

Dispatch times - We normally dispatch your order within 24 hours (Mon-Fri Only) upon payment. Goods normally take 2-10 days but please allow up to 28 days for delivery in case of postal delays (please note: we sometimes dispatched on Saturday, Sunday or bank hols).
