This iron on Barbie GLITTER vinyl transfer is created with Siser Glitter Vinyl.  Siser Vinyl may be applied to 100% cotton, 100% polyester or cotton/polyester blends.  It is not meant for stretch fabrics.  It is easy to launder.

A full set of instructions will accompany your purchase, together with an ironing "top sheet" (or you can use your own parchment paper).
