We are offering FREE shipping
via UPS Ground or FedEx to the 48 Continuous US States. Please
message us shipping quote if ship to HI, AK, GU, VI, PR,
or Canada, Mexico. We DO NOT ship to APO, FPO, PO BOX
and all other INTERNATIONAL addresses.
Please allow 2-7 business days for domestic
shipping. Due to certain circumstances there may be times where delays occur.
Transit time varies during peak periods.
Please note: Orders
placed outside the time frame listed beside your shipping option will be
shipped the next day. Also, deliveries are not typically made on Saturdays or
Sundays
We want to make sure
your order gets to you safe and sound. For items that are too large or fragile
to be delivered via UPS, we partner with carriers specializing in the
transportation and delivery of Large Parcel freight so you can be rest assured
that your order is being handled with the utmost care from the moment it leaves
the warehouse.
RETURN
POLICY
You can return an item for a refund
within 30 days of delivery. You can also
receive a refund of the merchandise total in your original payment method? all
you need to do is ship the original and unused item back to us. Return credits
are issued within 24 hours once the item is received and inspected. You will be
responsible for paying the carrier directly for return shipping costs.
Items showing used, abused, or worn cannot be
accepted for return credit. We cannot take back any fixture which was assembled
or installed prior to return.
If wrong or manufacturer defective product was
delivered, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery, proofs might be
asked. Since you are also responsible for any damage that may occur during the
return shipping process, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance on your
return.
What if your Order Arrives Damaged?
We package all of our products well so they arrive on your doorstep
snug, safe, and secure. We double-box many items, if an item does arrive
damaged or with parts missing, please notify us within 30 days. We're happy to
send you replacement parts as soon as possible.

When you sign for delivery, even if the package
appears only slightly damaged, please write "Package Damaged." If the
package looks significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery. In this case,
please notify us so that we can expect the return shipment. Once the package
returns to us we will send you a new one right away.

If you have already accepted the package and notice
missing or damaged parts, please contact us right away and we will ship you
replacement parts free of charge. If we cannot replace the parts, we will
provide return label for the original package and we will send you a full
replacement.

If you decide you do not want parts or a
replacement unit, you can return the item under our standard return policy.

If you received a damaged product or the wrong
product and we cannot solve the issue with either a full replacement or
replacement parts, we will pay to return the item.

If your product has a manufacturer's defect, we can
either replace the defective part, or, if necessary, the entire unit.
