If an item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us of any damages or defectiveness within 7days of arrival to get a return authorization; then send us the Photos or damages/defects (If applicable Once we assess the damages two options are open:

 1. When deemed fixable, we will send parts to repair the model

 2. When damage is unable to be fixed, we will ship out a new replacement at no cost. If replacement is not available in a reasonable time, we will issue 100% refund for the cost of the item.


 Any goods damaged in shipment need to be reported to us within 7 days, shipping cost is non refundable in any case. 

For any other reasons that you are not satisfied with our models, simply return it within 7days and we will refund the money. Restocking 15% fees apply. Amount will be refunded excluding shipping charges.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Items with free shipping have a shipping charge imputed in the price.  Any refund will be adjusted to compensate us for actual shipping costs for any return
