This is a pair of 180-day Ultima Online game time cards, originally sold in Japan.  It is unknown whether the codes have been used, or even still work, but they are not sealed so it should be assumed not and thus these are sold for collectors mainly.  You don't see these come up very often, so grab them while they're hot!
