Welcome To The Antique Cabinet

For your consideration is a rare Pallme Konig Art Glass Boudoir Table Lamp, circa early 1900’s.

The Pallme Glassworks was first established in Steinschonau, Austria around 1786 by Ignaz Pallme. In the 1890’s the company was producing mostly fine engraved glass and chandeliers. Around the turn of the century they merged with Wilhelm Habels Elizabethhutte Glassworks near Teplitz and became known as "Glasfabrik Elisabeth, Pallme-Konig and Habel". During the Art Nouveau period up into the early 1920’s the company produced high quality iridized art glass in an array of colors and designs.

The lamp does work and is wired with a cloth cord & inline switch. It has European connections - uses a BA15D bulb (easily purchased online) and we will include a US adapter for plug.

Measures approx. 16.25” tall by 7” at widest.

The lamp is in excellent antique condition with no chips, cracks or repairs and very lite wear - shade has a few minor nicks to fitter rim which are not visible when placed in top rim.

A very unique and early Austrian Lamp!
