1 x Genuine LEGO® set with any accessories exactly as shown in the photographs in polybags, comes with the original instruction booklet and any associated stickers ready for you to build. The bags have been opened to remove the minifigures and re-sealed, all of the parts are brand new.

When built, the hospital building measures over 9 in. (24 cm) high, 11 in. (28 cm) wide and 10 in. (25 cm) deep.

This is taken from another set so there will be no original box, some instructions will be in the form of pages removed from an original booklet, some bags will be resealed because minifigures etc have been removed, please carefully read the description above so that you are clear about what you will receive.
