This is a pair of women's American Eagle Outfitters Ne(x)t Level Stretch Super Hi-Rise Jegging in light wash with fold over waist and 4 pockets.  The waist is 27, rise 12.5, inseam 26, and length 38.5 if measuring from very top of the fold over waistband which is 2.5".  The measurements from regular waistband is waist 27, rise 10, inseam 26, and length 36".  These are super cute and comfy!  Please contact me with any questions.
