Your shipment will ship by one of the major couriers(mainly Canada Post) within three business days of payment. Shipments typically takes 2-7 business days depending on delivery locations. We currently do not accept local pickups.

We accept returns unless we specified "no return accepted". Returns are subject to 15% restocking fees of the purchase price plus freight fees. This also applies to orders cancelled while in transit. However, we do not charge restocking fees or return shipping fees for below return reasons:

- Your product was damaged during transit
- You received the wrong product or it did not match what was shown on the site
- Shipping errors are made by us
