This is an extremely rare WWII 48 Star American Flag 14ft by Reliance, only 7 Stripes, Linen, Drop-down(?) Or flown behind a plane? Cotton linen were produced in WWI, (wool was used during WWI, and Polyester mix bu Korean War). It is extremely large! Approx 14.5ft x 2ft!!

Shows 48 Stars & only 7 Stripes (4red, 3white). I have not found another flag this long or like it. Single stitched, shows signs of wear, but intact except for where grommets had been. Marked 'Reliance, USA'.
