To use generic snap on feet on all above models, you will need one of the low shank generic Pfaff snap on shanks noted and sold at the bottom of the page of each of these feet.  i stole this description from the colorful world of sewing

Models 1229, 1222, 1221, 1217, 1216, 1215, 1214, 1213, 1212, 1211, 1209, 1199, 1197 & 1196 are all high shank. Models that came with the Pfaff high snap on shank can use Pfaff style snap on presser feet. If your model did not come with a Pfaff snap on shank, you can purchase the Pfaff low shank ankle with the hi/low shank adapter. Now your classic Pfaff can use most of the current Pfaff snap on feet. To use generic snap on feet on the above models, you will need one of the high shank generic Pfaff snap on shanks noted and sold at the bottom of the page of each of these feet.
