This is fanless ultra small form factor computer. Top of the case is the heat sink itself and it must be kept cool for optimal performance, unless buyer wants to add heat sink fan combo on top of cpu.

Buyer receives pc and ac power supply and win7 pro COA from a decommissioned computer. SSD has been DOD wiped and tested, so no software is installed.

Outer casing is quite sturdy as this was designed for outdoor use.

I believe this board is manufactured by NORCO industrial computing and / or Habey USA. This mini pc was manufactured specifically for Micropower Technologies solar powered surveillance camera system and its logo boots up during initial boot up, but this can be disabled in the bios to go straight through without logo appearing.

The board has wifi, but antenna is missing. This board does not have SIM card slot.
