Cosmetic Condition Option Details:

 

Open Box: The device is in flawless/mint cosmetic condition with little to no visible sign of use.  

 

Minor: The device is in overall excellent cosmetic condition with minimal sign of use, the small imperfection can easily be covered by a screen protector and a case.

 

Moderate: The device is in overall good cosmetic condition. The screen and/or housing may have signs of normal use with visible dings and scratches.

Heavy: The device is in overall ACCEPTABLE cosmetic condition. The screen and/or housing will have signs of HEAVY use with dings and scratches on screen and/or housing. 

  

Network Carrier Option: 

Unlocked (GSM+CDMA): Works on all Domestic and international GSM and CDMA Network carriers (Verizon, Sprint, AT&T, T-Mobile, etc.)

GSM Unlocked: Works on all Domestic and international GSM Network carriers only. (AT&T, T-Mobile, etc.)

T-Mobile Locked: Works on T-Mobile Network carrier only.

 

Included with your purchase: 

The device will be shipped in a generic white box, and will include the phone and a new high quality lighting cable for charging. 

No other accessories will be included with this purchase. 

 

 

Shipping:

We offer FREE shipping on all orders! Your order will be dispatched within 1 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive it three to four days after dispatch (We ship First Class). You do have the option of expediting the shipping at checkout. 

 

Returns: 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product (We provide a Return Label) and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you received it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.  If you experience any issues, please contact us first and will work through the issue with you.
