This is excess inventory from a manufacturer.  These were used with LED light strips (see my other listing).  AC/DC 12V 5A Power Supply Adapter Transformer.  Input 100-240V ~ 1.5A  Output 12V/5.0A DC.  Indoor use only.  UL, FCC, CE RoHS.
