Return Policy
Should you receive a damaged item, we ask for photographs of the package and the item. If a return is necessary due to damage, please ensure the item is repackaged appropriately for shipping. You may also choose to have the item professionally packaged at a local UPS store. Upon receipt of the returned item in proper packaging, a refund will be issued. For new-in-box items that prove incompatible with your application, please be aware that we reserve the right to apply an open box return fee. They are inspected and determined to be viable for reuse or parts.  In some cases they may have broken or missing pieces (Review photos to see the condition of the item and contact us if you have questions). If any of the devices have hard drives they will Techway Services adheres to relevant federal, state, and local laws, as well as abides by all lawful orders, rules, and regulations. Data destruction has been performed in accordance with the current NIST standard.
