This postcard features Sooty from children's TV and is titled "Dr. Sooty".   It depicts Sooty with his feet up on a desk and talking on the telephone.  There is a rather alarming looking saw in his doctor's bag.  Postally used and dated 16th April 1964.   Published by J. Salmon Ltd, card No. 5435.    

The card is in a good condition overall.   Rubs at corners, small creases at right hand corner, light creases at top left hand corner, tiny crease at bottom left hand corner, edge rubs with some tiny bumps and tiny surface paper chips, some light marks at top and bottom of card, a little very light grubbiness, some light marks and the odd tiny mark to borders, light brown mark at right hand edge on reverse, light  grubbiness / browning, some small marks and some tiny marks and flecks on reverse.  Please check scans carefully as they help with the condition too!
