COMBINED POSTAGE - I offer combined shipping to UK customers only, international sales are set to GSP, therefore I can not combined shipping or offer discounts to international customers.

  1. You must request a new invoice before paying, (message me or request at checkout) please note if you pay individually I will ship individually.
  2. You must make payment within 4 days from the first item ending, if you don't each item that is 4 days awaiting payment will now not be eligible for combined shipping and will be excluded and charged the full original postage cost stated on the listing. So it is important to make payment within 4 days!
  3. ***This is the pricing for combined shipping*** Each additional item added to an order will be discounted down to £2 postage only, this will apply to as many items as you like. For example you win 3 items at £5.50 postage each, your bill will be £9.50 postage only once you request for it to be combined, instead of the original cost which would have been £16.50. Depending on how many items you win, I may need to ship multiple parcels, so bare this in mind when awaiting delivery.
  4. Certain items I will not combined and ship together, I will make this clear however at the top of the item description, if excluded it's because of the risk of damage or breakages combining with other other items.
  5. The above combined shipping rule is non negotiable, this takes into account things like the time to package up a large order safely / fuel costs / packing staff labour costs and packaging materials - Please make yourself comfortable with this rule before winning multiple items.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING 
  • I dispatch orders within 3 working days of payment.
  • You should allow 7 days for delivery before opening an item not received case, in case of courier delays.
  • If 7 days have passed and you have not received delivery message me on eBay and I will get things resolved within 24hrs for you one way or the other. 
  • If 'item not received' disputes are opened on eBay before 7 days have passed (allowing for courier delays) through outright impatience, you will be put on my blocked list and banned for bidding on future auctions. REMEMBER you are 100% covered, delays do happen, your item is with the courier and I guarantee delivery or a full refund. So please allow me this 7 day time period in case of delays outside of my control.
  • I do not offer a buy it now price on my auctions, this keeps things fair to all potential bidders.
  • I ship all sold items and do not offer any local collections.
  • Item measurements are pictured if I have any, items are kept in storage so I can not offer any additional measurements.
  • On the rare occasion something arrives broken, message me first on ebay before opening a return case, please attach photos of the broken item how it was received.
  • If you are bidding on multiple items, remember payment must be made within 4 days of the first item ending, I have very limited storage and can not hold on to items longer than 4 days, so please complete payment or I can not combined for you.
  • Non payers are blocked after 4 days, my time is precious and limited, I wouldn't dare to waste yours, please respect mine.
  • If you win an auction and then request cancellation of the sale you will also be blocked from future auctions of mine.

LASTLY - Please remember to be patience with me, I am not a giant company but a very small business who does it's best - Listing 30 to 100 items 7 days a week and packing the same is a massive task, we are working around the clock and doing our best to get your parcel delivered asap.

I apologise if any of the above sounds moaney, my regulars know how I work and the service I provided, but I need to make it clear any new customers so a simple process isn't made harder than it needs to be.
