These unique works of art showcase A Bird's Eye View of San Miguel De Allende from La Casa de La Luna l and ll. Created in 1988, by Don Carlos, these three items are perfect for the art collector or maybe even more perfect for a resident of San Miguel de Allende, Mexico.

The medium is pen and ink on the final draft, pencil on the first draft, and the finished product was finally printed.

I found these drawings among other artworks by a Carl Dorese. My research led me to a Carl Dorese that illustrated under Hannah- Barbera once upon a time. This Don Carlos might be the same man. Anyway, these items are legit.

The drawings are both framed, but only one is signed by the artist. The poster is not framed and not signed. All three are in good vintage condition. The poster has wear and tear along the sides and minimal paper loss with minimal creasing as well. The frame on the pencil sketch is in really good condition and only has a very few imperfections. The frame on the final draft is in ok vintage condition with some scrapes to the top left and bottom left. The actual drawings are both in pretty good condition with light wear and tear along the sides and corners and no significant paper loss. However, the final draft has a couple of longer tears to the top center. They don't look so bad due to so much subject matter to look at with the view.

The measurements are approx:

Pencil sketch: 11x21.25

w/frame: 17.5x29.5

The final draft: 14.5x23

w/frame:18.5x25.5

The poster: 27x35
