Shrink wrap is fully intact, with just 4 small tears in it.  The sleeve has drill hole in top right corner. See pics for closeups of these and other imperfections.

All and all looks like a great sealed LP.

Assume this to be cartoon soundtracks.

Also can only assume vinyl to be in NM condition.
