This sale is for a lot of two (2) different cookbooks. Both are from New York’s Magnolia Bakery and both are authored by the baker’s proprietors, Jennifer Appel, and Allysa Torey. My photos show the actual two (2) cookbooks you are buying. Please note: There are faint “spots” showing in the photos, at least on my computer; these are from my camera and they are not on the books or pages. Please be sure to read the “Condition” and “Approximate Dimensions” paragraphs below. The 2 cookbooks for sale in this listing are as follows:
1.) The Magnolia Bakery Cookbook: Old-Fashioned Recipes From New York’s Sweetest bakery. Printed in 1999 and is the 1st printing of the 1st edition. Hardcover with dust jacket, fully indexed, and contains 127 numbered pages and has a few color photographs.
2.) The Complete Magnolia Bakery Cookbook: Recipes From The World-Famous Bakery and Allysa Torey’s Home Kitchen. Printed in 2009 and is the 1st printing of the 1st edition. Softcover, fully indexed, and contains 224 pages, and has a few color photographs.
I do my best to describe all items as accurately as possible and to the best of my ability. Some of my photos may be somewhat lighter or darker than actual to better show detail or color. Condition
Both cookbooks are in near like-new condition and come from a smoke free home. Please look closely at the photos as they are an important part of my description of these items. I see no defects, tears, creases, markings, or stains to any of the pages or the covers and the books are tightly bound, with no missing pages. Please keep in mind these photos may be blown up at least 8-10 times normal, so anything you see will look 8-10 times larger in the photos than it really is.
Please note: if you see a dark spot in the photos, it is from my camera and is not a mark on the piece. It will be either just to the right of center towards the bottom or slightly above center on the right side of the photo.
Approximate Dimensions
The largest of the two is about 9.5” (24.1 cm) top to bottom by about 7.625 (19.4 cm) left to right and the two together total about 1.375” (3.5 cm) in total thickness.
Approximate Weight
About 2 pounds 7.625 ounces (1.122 kilograms) for the two.

PAYMENT, SHIPPING, Insurance & PACKAGING
For auctions, if you do not send an instant payment through PayPal, I will send you an invoice within 24 hours of the end of the auction.
PayPal is my preferred method for receiving funds and payment is expected within 3 days of the completion of the auction. I will normally ship within 1-2 business days of receiving payment in my PayPal account.
Shipment will be via the USPS Media Mail, less any additional charges to the buyer for shipping in the USA. A delivery confirmation (provides electronic tracking of the shipment) is included with all domestic shipments paid for through PayPal. Please take the shipping costs into account when bidding. If you purchase more than one of our books, or one of our lots of books, at the same time so we can ship them all together, we will refund you $ 3.00 for each book, or lot of books, purchased after the initial one. Please keep in mind that the U.S. Post Office says that Media Mail will take 2 to 8 days to arrive, but it is the lowest priority type of mail service and could take even longer, so please be patient. If you want your package insured, you must let me know in advance of payment.
This item will be professionally packaged, and shipped in a corrugated fiberboard box for maximum protection in shipping.
RETURN POLICY
If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return it, please contact me within 14 days to discuss the details. Refunds will be based on the original selling price of the item only and less any fees charged by eBay. Buyer to pay all shipping costs both ways unless I substantially misrepresented the item or its condition. Items must be returned within 30 days of you receiving it and in the same condition as originally shipped.
