Used condition.   These are probably 20-25 year old tires, and I would generally recommend riding them.   However, they did just come off a bike that was being ridden.    If you pinch the rear tire flat, you can the see the rubber cracking.    You can't see the cracking when they are mounted and inflated to a normal round shape.   No hidden damage or issues.  Pictures are worth 1,000 words, so check them out!
