This dress was handmade custom for a parader in local Mardi Gras society, thus the sparkles. Sparkles onIt’s well made and should last for years.

Adaptable to many characters, according to your choice of hosiery and shoes, and choice of a fancy saloon girl hat or braided pig tails, etc.

LYING FLAT:

Chest measures 22” across.

Waist measures 21” across.

Shoulder seam to shoulder seam is 14.5”.

Back length measures 41” from base of collar/24” from waist.

Front skirt length measures 16” from waist.
