Beautiful 19th century carved black and white onyx stone cameo in yellow goldfilled stickpin. The oval cameo is a high relief profile of woman with long ringlet curls and a large collar. The cameo is in bezel with an open curlicue wire frame, quite nice.
The cameo is 15mm high and 10mm wide. The stickpin is 2-7/8" from top to bottom of pin shaft.
Back of setting is scratched, looks like maybe was tested for gold at some point (gold filled), not significant and there are no marks on stickpin.
Cameo no damage.
