This stamp shows the Thomas Jefferson Building, the oldest of the structures that make up the Library of Congress complex. When the complex was completed in 1897, it was the largest and costliest library in the entire world.

  • Priority Mail for above 15 oz                       Arrives within  2 to 3 days
