( Maximum for a 32BIT CPU) CPU is a Dual core Centrino from intel.
Comes with Windows 7 Professional installed for testing and driver purposes only you might want to install another OS.
Originally came with Windows XP PROFESSIONAL. OEM code is intact for this on the rear.
PSU and cable included in sale.
I have tried and installed windows XP/VISTA/7 However the WiFi adapter, although detected, refuses to turn on. Could be a simple fix. I used the physical RJ45 network port to go online and browse the network, and this works fine.
A PSU and power cable is included as pictured and otherwise, the device is being sold as is condition. Due to age etc.
Tests carried out:-
1) Optical drive checked with discs to ascertain reading of optical media. PASS
2) Go online via WiFi and ethernet port. FAIL
3) HD S.M.A.R.T Short test / format and OS reinstalled. PASS
4) USB ports tested via installation of Windows 7. PASS
5) Cosmetic defects identified and system given a clean.
6) Missing or defective keys and / or mouse checked. Mouse pad and buttons working, keyboard all keys as pictured.
7) Fresh installation of Windows 7 PRO.( OEM activated)
8)Go Online via Network RJ45/port PASS
9) VGA port TEST PASS
