Item is dusty from sitting on shelf in my daughter's room for years.  No chipped paint noted.  It is approximately 7" tall and rockers measure about 7" long and the rockers measure about 3" wide.  Wood with yarn tail and mane.  Painted English raiding saddle on horse.
