Smallest Tomato Climbing Vine Very Prolific Unique Rare Mini Micro Cherry Fruit

Spoon tomato is a unique and tiny variety of tomato that is known as the world's smallest tomato. This tomato plant is a dwarf variety that produces tiny, red cherry-sized fruits that are about the size of a blueberry. The fruit of the Spoon tomato typically weighs less than a gram each, and the diameter of the fruit is less than half an inch.

The Spoon tomato plant is an indeterminate variety. It usually takes about 55-60 days for the fruits to mature after planting. The plant itself grows to a height of about 8-12 feet and has green foliage.

Despite its tiny size, the Spoon tomato is known for its sweet and flavorful taste, which is described as being similar to that of a larger cherry tomato. This variety is also known for its high level of productivity, with some plants producing up to 300 tiny tomatoes over the course of a growing season.

Interestingly, the Spoon tomato is believed to have originated in the wild in Peru and was only discovered in 2006 by a horticulturalist named Rob Simpson. Since then, this unique tomato has gained popularity among gardeners and tomato enthusiasts around the world. Its small size and high productivity make it an ideal choice for container gardening and for adding a unique touch to salads and other dishes.
