Shipping and Handling:

Our handling time is typically four business days, and we aim to ship packages three times a week, excluding Tuesdays and holidays. In the event that a shipping day falls on a holiday, packages will be shipped on the next business day.

We primarily use USPS Priority Mail for shipping, as it is the most efficient and reliable method.

If purchases can be safely combined, we offer combined invoices sent before items are shipped, which must be paid before shipping. All items are shipped with insurance to ensure their safe arrival.

Payment:

Payment is expected at the time of purchase, unless a prior agreement has been made before the auction closes. Unpaid item cases will be opened after two days of non-payment, and non-paying bidders will be blocked from future transactions. Similarly, if a winning bidder requests to cancel the sale, they will also be blocked from future transactions.

The funds raised through our sales go towards supporting Stray Animals Matter, a local animal rescue group. Additionally, they assist Community Animal Services in establishing a spay and neuter fund for local animals
