Two keys included. The case is open, and I will include the three digit combo. Makes a great makeup case, toiletries case. Some sticker residue on the back. Some Samsonite letter stickers on the side. Name and address tag which of course can be removed. I can tell it has spent some time in a basement as I do detect a slight musty smell inside, which can be neutralized with a spray and a good airing out
