Comes as pictured with flight case, with removable lid, (not back panel), deck has to be taken out of case to connect leads

Includes aluminium ex juke box 45 disk spacer, power lead and removable/adjustable rca needle lamp!

Ultra fast start/stop adjustable from 0.2 -6 seconds this is due to the incredible torque of the electro magnetic direct drive platter motor with reverse switch

Original headshell upgraded to Ortofon cartridge with elliptic Ortofon Eneedle stylus (used to get deep into the groove)

This is really useful if the record is damaged, it sits lower in groove to most needles and gets to the part of the press that has not been played and or damaged, fingers crossed!

This deck has been owned by me since new, I’ve never really used it as I use a pair of Stanton STR8 100s, which I just love this is one of the best possible decks, that I truly have never really used!

The weight puts it into the 1210 class the deck itself weighs 10kg+ (15.5kg with the flight case & lead)

It surpasses the technics! , you won’t be getting feedback from it, which is a big part of the 1210s if you play live DJ you know what I mean!

The sound reproduction is amazing, the ortofon elliptical needle is specifically designed for getting deeper into the groove! I originally bought the deck to digitise my vinyl collection hence the needle choice! These get deeper than standard needles which are spherical, this means that they can pull out the music even from damaged records as most needles are spherical and do not get to the depths of the cut!

The best use with its current configuration of stylus would be for studio / home use when you are recovering/digitising music from old vinyl/shellac.

Or you can just put a different stylus on to the cartridge to use for what ever purpose you wish.

The Orton cartridge will take any of the concord stylus available from around £30+

The custom made case itself is worth £150 the ortofon cart & needle another £100 +

The base chassis is vulcanised, over time this has oxidized as rubber does, which just means it can feel a little tacky to the touch, it does not leave any residue on your fingers when you pick the deck up from underneath.
